Robert P. Polonsky is the founder of Sales1Boston LLC. As a thriving small business entrepreneur, he offers his clients an established track record of mentoring winning sales professionals, leading organizations, new business development and generating profits.

As a child, Rob grew up on the South Shore and was raised within a business environment. His father (god rest his soul) was an established business accountant who advanced his career by operating multiple small businesses. Having a father who was always a salesman at heart, Rob quickly acquired the same passions for working with people and serving others. Robert’s drive for winning began at a very young age and continues to vibrate today.

Shortly after receiving his education in business management, Robert’s rise in prominence started when he became a sales executive for one of the nation’s leading and most respected management consulting firms located in Waltham, MA. This became the foundation for his career path. During those two years, Rob worked in this vertical and he developed into one of the organizations top sales representatives. At the age of just twenty two, Rob was hiring, training, mentoring and leading. Sales management was certainly a goal of Rob’s, but like every great one, he wanted more.

In 1997, Rob took a big leap, he had the courage to risk everything. Rob left a very secure station with his company and started a Sales, Marketing and Advertising agency. An entrepreneur and salesman from birth, the genesis of Robert’s company began with just $600 in seed capital. Over eleven years later, his companies have billed many millions of dollars. Today, Rob is a charismatic and influential business leader with the ability to procure trust and engage people on a personal, real world level.

Rob’s greatest asset is his unwavering passion for mentoring sales and business professionals. As Rob shares with many from time to time, “Sales1Boston sales training is natural; I have breathed it for over a decade.” Likewise, as a grateful beneficiary of incredible mentors and leaders in his life since a young age, Rob thrives on making an immediate, as well as long-term impact, with every client he encounters.

Although Robert can usually be found in his South Easton office, or on the road visiting and working with clients, he’s been seen from time to time taking in a game with clients on Sunday’s at Gillette Stadium during football season.

Married with two beautiful children, he resides in North Easton, Massachusetts and is living the American dream.
